This free event aimed to celebrate the global health data revolution, and help build the knowledge, collaborations and public trust needed to enable data-driven discoveries which improve peoples鈥 lives.

What to expect
The last few years have demonstrated the enormous power of data to advance medical knowledge and deliver radical improvements to people鈥檚 lives. Treatments, vaccines and life-saving policies have all been delivered in record time thanks to large-scale data, advanced analytics and innovative developments in data governance.听听
Health Data Research UK鈥檚 annual scientific conference will be a free one-day, event听 to celebrate this progress and allow us to come together and build momentum in the health data research revolution. It will feature:
- Keynote talks from internationally leading figures across the health data research sector
- Interactive panel discussions to share learnings from the rapid progress made as a result of COVID-19, and discuss how this can be harnessed to transform global health and society, with a focus on making sure no groups are excluded听
- Awards for excellence in health data research
- Opportunities to engage and collaborate with members of the scientific community, industry, patients and the public.

This event will now be online-only, in light of rail strikes due to take place on 13 and 14 December 2022.

We’re keen to showcase the work of Early Career Researchers from the 51爆料网 community.
Shortlisted speakers will present a 4-minute lightning talk on their work at the conference, with a prize available for the best presentation, as voted for by attendees of the event.

We're taking part in Save the Children's Christmas Jumper Day on Wednesday 14 December as part of the conference. By pulling on our Christmassy knits and donating, we'll be helping mums and babies stay healthy, and giving them the chance of the future they deserve.
