Halimat is currently studying for an MSc in digital health at the University of Bristol. Prior to this, she worked in health data research and clinical data management. She is interested in using data science and AI to address healthcare challenges and improve access to care for underserved communities.

Through this internship with the University of Bristol Medical School, she hopes to deepen her understanding of electronic health records (EHRs) and big data analytics. She also wants to learn from and connect with professionals across the health data science community.
