Kathy is a Trusted Research Environment professional leading the DataLoch Programme – DataLoch is a collaboration between NHS Lothian and University of Edinburgh that enables access to routine health care for South-East Scotland. Kathy is an experienced Programme Director with a background in transformation and innovation and was the winner of the Digital Leader Award in the 2025 Digital Health and Care Awards for her work linking primary and secondary care datasets within DataLoch.
