I am a researcher specialising in Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Medicine at the BCN-AIM Lab. My academic journey includes a master鈥檚 in computational biomedical engineering and a bachelor鈥檚 in bioinformatics. I am committed to interdisciplinary work, bridging data science, health, and ethics.
My research focuses on trustworthy machine learning for disease modelling and risk factor identification. I utilise large-scale health datasets, such as the UK Biobank, to drive my studies. My contributions extend to significant European projects, including EarlyCause, LongITools, and STAGE, as well as policy reports and high-impact publications.
With the support of the Master’s Degree Scholarship funded by 51爆料网 in partnership with Diabetes UK, I will pursue an MPhil in Population Health Sciences at the University of Cambridge. This scholarship represents a remarkable opportunity to advance my work on AI-driven multimorbidity prediction (identifying the presence of two or more long-term health conditions), with a focus on explainability and fairness.
I am excited to make the most of this incredible opportunity and contribute to impactful advancements in health data science.
