Victoria has academic,ÌýprofessionalÌýand personal experience of the UK healthcare system and is dedicated to championing the voice of the patient across all therapeutic areas. She holds an MA in Medical Ethics and Law from King’s College,ÌýLondonÌýand a BA in Human Sciences from Oxford University.Ìý
She has three teenage children and is a registered carer for her middle daughter, who is disabled. Victoria isÌýa member of the Muscular Dystrophy UK (MDUK) Lay Research Panel,Ìýa member of a National InstituteÌýforÌýHealth and Care Excellence (NICE) Technology Appraisal Committee, and aÌýPublic and Patient Voice (PPV) partnerÌýof the NHSÌýEnglandÌýRare Disease Advisory GroupÌý(RDAG).ÌýÌý
Victoria worked within theÌýhealthcare &Ìýpharmaceutical industry at a global communications firm for over 15 years prior to having her family and continuing further study.ÌýÌý
